Residential Property Service 

 

We will provide you with a free consultation to establish your requirements. We offer services from specifying accessories to full project management of your new build or refurbishment. We can provide services for Decoration, Styling, Joinery, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Furniture, Soft Furnishings, Lighting, Electrics and Audio Visual.

 

Fees are on a fixed, hourly rate or percentage basis according to your needs and we use contracts certified by SBID/BIID

 

We can provide you with mood boards to let you have a feel for the initial design and then work with you to create exactly what you want. With nearly 30 years experience we will deliver your perfect design and keep your project on track to time and budget.

 

We worked with a number of Architects and can suggest the team we feel is most suitable for your project.

Some projects of note are:

 

• Designed an unusual penthouse flat for Formula One Mogul in the Bromptons.

• Transformed a two bed house into a one bed loft style house for a rock star in Chelsea.

• Briefed Architects in Cape Town and designed a stunning three storey South African house overlooking Bantry Bay.

• Briefed Architects in London and a designed state of the art house for a high profile client on the Wentworth Estate.

• Worked with Architects in Sunningdale to create a fabulous contemporary house for a world famous golfer.

• Transformed a tired house into a dramatic three-bedroom bachelor pad complete with a pub in Fulham.

• Turned a normal Victorian terraced house into a contemporary space removing the back of the house, constructing asymmetrical windows and designing striking rooms throughout the house in SW London.

 

Commercial Property Service

 

We shall provide you with an initial free consultation and then anything from furniture, soft furnishing and window treatments to full project management of your new build or refurbishment. We feel that offices should be designed to promote happiness and productivity.

Hotel Service

 

We can offer a full service for hotel interiors from design stage through to providing accessories, bed linen and toiletries to create the total concept for the hotel.

 

We designed the interiors for the Ice House Boutique Hotel in Ireland - After designing the interiors the hotel immediately went onto the Condé Nast Hotel Hot List

 

Yacht Interiors Service

 

With our Yacht service we provide a free consultation and then any service you require from providing soft furnishings to dress the boat to new design layouts and project management of the interiors design elements. With our experience on sailing, powerboat and Super Yachts we can provide you with a full experienced service.

 

On your yacht we can really create a glamorous vibe with simple curved lines, recessed lighting and lustrous finishes.

 

We can offer a refurbishment service, introducing new and interesting finishes to update a tired interior not simply limited to soft furnishings.

 

We offer a bespoke service and can supply a total concept for the boat and define it even down to the fabulous scent that is unique to the yacht.

 

We shy away from the traditional yacht interiors and use finishes more in line with residential Interiors rather than predominantly wood as is customary, introducing sprayed metallic finishes, Custom made pearlescent glass panels and beautiful wallpapers.

 

Some projects are:

 

• Designed the interiors for the biggest Sunseeker yacht ever made – 155 feet long and over 4 decks! A new breed of Sunseeker Yachts

• Designed the interiors for several Oyster Yachts specifying new wood finishes and contemporary styles for the interiors that change the face of traditions
